Not all states require process servers and private investigators to take continuing education courses to maintain their licenses. We offer affordable online continuing education in the states that do.
All courses comply with state requirements for interactivity, instructor availability and attendance reporting.
Our process server courses are pre-approved in Arizona, Georgia and Texas. Topics include rules of service, case law and legal procedures, privacy laws, recording laws, business best practices and ethics. Our courses are accepted as “self-study” for Arizona LDPs.
Our private investigator courses are pre-approved in Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Tennessee and are accepted in Alabama, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon and South Carolina.
